I'm Josh Meloy, an American country singer-songwriter from Oklahoma. I grew up surrounded by music, thanks to my family’s deep roots in it, but I didn’t truly dive into it myself until college, when I picked up a guitar for the first time. That’s when everything changed.

I’m heavily influenced by the Red Dirt country rock scene that runs deep in my home state. My sound leans on gritty vocals, reflective lyrics, and a minimalist, acoustic approach that keeps things raw and honest.

In 2018, I released my debut album and officially began this wild journey. Two years later, I put out Oklahoma—an album I recorded and produced myself at home. I still consider it my best and most honest work to date.

Some of my biggest musical inspirations are Hank Williams, Jr., Chris Stapleton, Waylon Jennings, Whiskey Myers, Evan Felker, and most personally—my grandfather. He was the one who bought me my first guitar and sang both country and gospel, leaving a lasting mark on who I am as an artist.
